【キットの説明】
AE86純正のリアブレーキは230φディスクローターです。
近年のパワーアップ、メンテナンスサイクルを考慮し容量アップの258φディスクローターを装着できるようにしたキット品です。
使用するブレーキキャリパーはAE86用リア純正ノーマル、ディスクローターはS13シルビアのリア用ローターとなります。
(ディスクローターは弊社推奨品をお奨め致します。)
こちらのブレーキキットの特長は、ブレーキキャリパーを支える重要なブラケット部を純正品と同じ「材質と工法」を採用している点です。
★一般的な他社製品とは「強度」が大きく異なります。
ブラケットの作成においては、3次元シミュレーションを行いCADデータ化。
その図面を元に金型を製作し、プレス成型にてブラケットが完成します。
プレス製法は平板を立体的に成型できるため、ブレーキ作動時の剛性(リブを設置することで3次元剛性が格段に向上)を確保し、安定したブレーキフィールを実現すると共に、2次的かつ予想外の大きな力が加わった場合に破損(折損)を回避し、車が停止するまでの制動抜けを防止する役割も担います。
また、このブレーキブラケットの純正品はすでに生産が打ち切られブラケットの変形が原因で、ブレーキパッドの偏磨耗、異常な鳴き、ブレーキタッチの不良が起こっていることが多く、こちらの製品はそのような純正品に変わる、第2の純正部品として品質、耐久性を考え製作致しました。
このリアブレーキキットに合わせ、ブレーキバランスを損なわせないようフロントの大径ブレーキキットの製作も行っております。
前後、純正キャリパー、パッドを使用することで、前後のブレーキバランスを崩さずに容量アップが可能です。

(The tread width is almost the same by using this rotor. Also using FC250 gray cast iron achieve the durability.)
【Description of kit】
The genuine AE86 rear brake is a 230φ disc rotor.
It is a kit product to be able to install a 258φ disc rotor with capacity up in consideration of recent power-ups and maintenance cycles.
The brake caliper used is the rear genuine normal for AE86, and the disc rotor is the rear rotor for S13 Silvia.
(We recommend our recommended disc rotor)
The feature of this brake kit is that the important bracket part that supports the brake caliper uses the same 「material and construction method 」as the genuine product.
★「Strength」 is significantly different from general other companies’ products.
In creating the bracket, we performed a three-dimensional simulation and converted it into CAD data. A mold is manufactured based on the drawing, and the bracket is completed by press molding.
Since the flat plate can be molded three-dimensionally in the press manufacturing method, the rigidity during brake operation (the three-dimensional rigidity is significantly improved by installing ribs) is ensured, a stable brake feel is realized, it also plays a role in avoiding damage (breakage) when a large secondary and unexpected force is applied, and also plays a role in preventing braking from coming off until the car stops.
In addition, the genuine product of this brake bracket has already been discontinued, and due to the deformation of the bracket, uneven wear of the brake pad, abnormal squeal, and poor brake touch often occur, we produced this product in consideration of quality and durability as a second genuine part for replacing such a genuine product.
In line with this rear brake kit, we also manufacture a large diameter front brake kit so as not to impair the brake balance.
By using genuine calipers and pads to the front and rear, it is possible to increase the capacity without disturbing the front and rear brake balance.
