【トヨタ ＡＥ１１１，ＡＥ１０１ 純正４連スロットル用のアクセルワイヤーステー】 です。
☆金型よりプレス成形しています。
【商品説明】
ＡＥ８６に５バルブエンジン、２０バルブエンジンをスワップする際や、４バルブエンジン、１６バルブエンジンに４連スロットルを装着する際、他車種に４スロを流用する際に必要となるアクセルワイヤーステーです。
こちらのステーのみの純正供給が行われておらず、ベースエンジンがオートマや後期型の場合、ステー形状が異なるためアクセルワイヤーの固定が困難となります。
また、この部分にはエンジンの振動、アクセルワイヤーの力がかかるため強度が必要となりますので、純正と同様プレス型にて成型して高強度を確保しております。
製品はプレス成型後、メッキ処理を施しておりますので腐食対策済みです。

It is an accelerator wire stay that is required when swapping a 5-valve engine or 20-valve engine onto AE86,
also when installing a 4-throttle onto a 4-valve engine and 16-valve engine, or when diverting a 4-throttle to other model.
Only this stay is not genuinely supplied, and if the base engine is an automatic transmission or kouki model, it will be difficult to fix the accelerator wire because the stay shape is different.
Moreover, since engine vibration and accelerator wire force are applied to this part, strength is required, so we have secured high strength by molding with a press mold same as the genuine one.
Since the product is press-molded and then plated, corrosion protection has been taken.
