【ＡＥ８６用５バルブスワップ用アルミデスビカバー】
カラーアルマイト処理を施した商品です。
アルマイトカラー：ブラック
ＡＥ８６などへ４ＡＧ２０バルブエンジンを搭載しダイレクトイグニッション等を使用すれば、デスビがセンサーとしての機能のみになります。そのため、デスビキャップを取り外し、むき出し状態となったでデスビを保護するためのカバーです。
限界まで薄くしてありますので、ヒーターホースとは干渉しにくくなっております。
アルミ削り出し品です。

デスビ本体を移動させずに、点火系をダイレクイグニッションなどに変更する際に用いるデスビカバー。
ヒーターホース、ヒーターコアとのクリアランスが少ないため非常に薄く設計致しました。
デスビ干渉をさけ、エンジンを前方に傾ける際は、スペーサー量を間違えるとエンジンが前傾となりＥＸマニがボディフロアと干渉したり、ファンカップリングがシュラウドと干渉したりします。その他、マフラーがフロアと干渉を起こすなど様々なトラブルを引き起こす可能性があります。
このため、エンジンの搭載角度を極力変更されないことをオススメします。
当社オリジナルヒーターコアの交換をオススメいたします。

If you use direct ignition etc. equipped with 4AG20 valve engine on AE86 etc. , the distributor will only function as a sensor.
Therefore, it is a cover to protect the distributor when the distributor cap is removed and it is exposed.
Since it is thinned to the limit, it does not easily interfere with the heater hose.
It is a machined aluminum product.

Advice for replacing 5 valves! !!
Distributor cover used when changing the ignition devices to direct ignition without moving the main body of the distributor.
It is designed to be very thin because the clearance between the heater hose and the heater core is small.
When tilting the engine forward to avoid distributor interference, if the spacer amount is incorrect, the engine will tilt forward and the EX manifold will interfere with the body floor, or the fan coupling will interfere with the shroud. In addition, it may cause various troubles such as the muffler interferes with the floor.
For this reason, we recommend that you do not change the mounting angle of the engine as much as possible.
We also recommend replacing our original heater core.
