■商品の特徴
ＵＳ左ハンドルＡＥ８６専用設計のオリジナルエキゾーストマニホールドです。
パワステ装着車も当社テスト車両にてはクリアランスは問題ありませんでした。
※製品はあくまでレーシング用として開発された製品です。
４ＡＧ１６Ｖ，２０Ｖ兼用フランジを採用しています。
社外Ｏ２（ＡＦ）用センター取り付けボスあり（フロントパイプ部）
【製作手法】
製品はハンドメイド製作、高品質ステンレス管をパイプベンダーにて手作業で曲げ、ベンダー加工後にパイプの変形を修正。
溶接接続部の段付をなくし、１ヶ所ずつ丁寧に製作しています。
溶接部は、大手メーカー系カスタマイズ車両の排気管の開発を委ねられるなどした、プロのＴＩＧ溶接を行っています。
また、エンジンの振動、マフラーの揺れから配管の割れ、損傷を防ぐため差込式スプリングフックを採用しています。
スプリング本体も専用設計し、高温、振動からの折損に対する耐久性を向上しています。
折損時には、スプリングのみの供給も可能です。

Dedicate designed original exhaust manifold for AE86 US left steering
There was no problem with the clearance of our test vehicle even for vehicles equipped with power steering.
* The product was developed only for racing.
It adopts 4AG 16V, 20V combined flange.
There is a center mounting boss for external O2 (AF) (front pipe part).
【Production method】
The product is handmade, high quality stainless steel pipe is bent by manual work with a pipe bender, and the deformation of the pipe is corrected after processing bender.
The step of the welded connection is eliminated, and each part is carefully manufactured one by one.
The welded part is done in professional TIG welding, such as being entrusted with the development of exhaust pipes for customized vehicles by major manufacturers.
Moreover, the plug-in type spring hook is adopted in order to prevent the pipe cracking and damage from the vibration of an engine and the shaking of a muffler.
The spring body is also specially designed to improve durability against breakage due to high temperature and vibration.
In case of breakage, it is possible to supply only the spring.
