表層３Ｋ綾織カーボンクロス＋ガラス繊維＋耐候性クリアゲルコート
裏層ＦＲＰ黒ゲルコート
表面はポリッシュ仕上げではございませんので車両取付時にはクリア塗装を推奨致します。
塗装前に製品をご確認ください。塗装時は焼付け硬化乾燥は不可となります。

インフュージョン成型（真空注入）

ウエットカーボンと同じ素材を使用し、成型方法をドライカーボンなどで使用されるインフュージョン成形にて製作した商品です。
真空圧にて樹脂を含浸させるため、安定した強度と安定した重量（厚み）が可能です。
ウエットカーボン（ハンドレイアップ成形）に満足出来ない方にオススメです。
在庫がない場合は受注生産となります。

【Specification】
Surface layer 3K twill carbon cloth + glass fiber + weather resistant clear gel coat
Back layer FRP black gel coat
Since the surface is not polished finish, we recommend clear painting when installing the vehicle.
Please check the product before painting. Baked curing drying are not possible during painting.
【Molding method】
Infusion molding (vacuum injection)
Reference weight 6.5 kg
(Please note that the weight may vary depending on the manufacturing conditions.)
It is a product manufactured by infusion molding, which uses the same material as wet carbon and uses dry carbon as the molding method.
Since the resin is impregnated with vacuum pressure, stable strength and stable weight (thickness) are possible.
Recommended for those who are not satisfied with wet carbon (hand lay-up molding).
If it is out of stock, it will be made to order.
